These Terms of Use govern access to the BURN TO GOAL LLC website and related communications. Products are offered for sale subject to availability and confirmation after an order request.
Products and pricing
Catalog prices are listed in US dollars for PVC and TPU footballs in sizes 1–5 Light. An optional crest / logo print adds $10 to the unit price of each selected ball. Prices may change; the amount confirmed by email after your request is the offer we will honor for that order.
Order requests
Submitting items from the bag creates an order request, not an automatic charge. Payment is arranged after we confirm stock, shipping, and any crest artwork details. We may decline or adjust requests when items are unavailable.
Crest print
Crest print is an add-on service. You are responsible for having rights to any artwork you provide. We may refuse artwork that is unlawful, infringing, or unsuitable for production.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or use forms to send spam or unlawful material.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BURN TO GOAL LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
