How shipping works
BURN TO GOAL LLC fulfills soccer ball orders after availability and payment are confirmed. Provide a complete shipping address in the order request form so we can quote delivery accurately.
Shipping areas
We primarily ship within the United States. International requests may be reviewed case by case when logistics allow; additional duties or taxes may apply to the recipient.
Timing
Handling time depends on stock and whether crest print is included. We share an estimated ship window when we confirm your order. Carrier transit times are estimates and can vary.
Crest print orders
Printed balls may require extra production time after artwork is approved. The confirmation email will note any extended timeline before you pay.
Damage in transit
If a package arrives damaged, keep packaging and contact us promptly with photos. We will help arrange a replacement or other remedy where appropriate.
